PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER (M/F/D)

Your responsibilities

  • You gather and analyze market intelligence for strategic decision making in market opportunity, penetration and development
  • You understand the competetive landscape and are an expert on our competition and how they operate
  • You collaborate with product management and marketing communications to develop customer compelling materials that resonate with our target buyer personas
  • You support the creation of effective marketing materials, e.g. how-to videos, TV commercials or podcasts to engage and educate our customers
  • You are Seven Miles Group’s teller of tales and market our products to the outside world and get our customers engaged in new product releases and explain why they should be excieted
  • You use your analytical knowledge to optimize and revamp our web representation
  • You handle communication between various different departments and teams

Your profile

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience with at least 2 years of experience in a market-facing role (e.g. delivering presentations to customers and prospects, conducting competitor analysis and market research)
  • Proficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office, Project or Basecamp
  • Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools such as Slack and Salesforce
  • Familiar with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Pardot and Omniture, and Google Analytics
  • Power user of networking tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram
  • Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is –or isn’t—working
  • Must be a strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior groups, and a solid writer

Your responsibilities

  • You serve as a liaison for communications between the employer and job applicants

    Your responsibilities

    • Completed training/apprenticeship in media design, with 3-5 years of professional experience
    • Thoroughly skilled in the use of Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, etc.)
    • Experience implementing digital media layouts, e.g. the creation of interactive graphics and animation for websites, apps, social media, and banner ad campaigns
    • Ability to adapt to different forms of media and approaches to design
    • Experience with preparing final, print-ready artwork and prepress data is an advantage
    • A good feel for graphic design, colour, shapes, and typography
    • High level of creativity and experience with rolling out marketing campaigns
    • Professional familiarity with MS Office, and with PowerPoint in particular (creating templates and presentations)

    MANAGER OF RETENTION (M/F/D)

    Your tasks

    • Supervises and monitor all Renewal Representatives’ activities in the field to ensure that predetermined goals and objectives are met
    • Responsible for participating in health fairs and/or events directed towards the education and renewal of our members
    • Ensures appropriate documentation of the departmental schedules and various rotation assignments for all field staff
    • Communicate regulatory and compliance changes as it relates to the department and functions
    • Responsible for resolving departmental and team specific problems, concerns or issues
    • Responsible for ensuring continuous feedback to senior management regarding the performance of all staff.
    • Responsible for timely completion and submission of weekly/monthly reports requested by your direct report or the facility management

    DIGITAL PRESS OPERATOR (M/F/D)

    Your tasks

    • Review specifications and adjusts equipment to meet customer expectations and conform with industry standard guidelines for quality
    • Ensure required resources are available in order to complete job (raw materials, information, media, fonts, graphics, etc.)
    • Prepare and operate the digital press per manufacturer specifications
    • Pull first press sheet and obtain sign-off from other applicable manufacturing processes
    • Perform continual quality checks to confirm accuracy of content and quality
    • Advise other department employees on how to improve job color and design, etc.
    • Work to maintain the digital print schedule; notify management of conflicts
    • Maintain daily print production logs and other required journals or data
    • Perform regular inventory checks and stocking requests for ink, paper, and other required supplies
    • Stage job files and raw materials for shift and following shift

    Your profile

    • Working knowledge of color theory related to printing
    • Experience with variable data information workflows and imposition.
    • Understands digital printing equipment and print symptoms to identify problems in advance
    • Knowledge of substrates, their limitations, and settings required for good print reproduction
    • Able to resolve toner and inkjet imperfections and artifacts inherent in digital printing
    • Understanding of the effects of temperature & moisture on the print job and subsequent finishing
    • Advanced mechanical abilities and motor skills
